Marketing Communications Specialist

Rockwell are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to manage our brand while ensuring that our external communications support our workstream and expansion strategy over the coming years. This position is based in our Cork office offered on a permanent, part time basis.Position Summary: The Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for defining and implementing our annual marketing and communication plans. This role will focus on managing our brand and ensuring that our external communications effectively support our workstream and expansion strategy. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team, including the Director of Strategic Growth, to ensure that all technical content is accurate and aligns with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an annual marketing and communication plan.Manage and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.Oversee all external communications, including press releases, social media, newsletters, and website content.Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to integrate technical content into marketing materials.Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as necessary.Manage marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all marketing communications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communication plans.Strong brand management skills and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
