As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a senior level Creative Development & Innovation Consultant in our London office. In this role, you’ll bring learning to life across multiple formats: in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, immersive virtual reality experiences, and cutting-edge digital solutions. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 5 year of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or behaviour changeProven ability to demonstrate curiosity and create engaging, narrative-driven content Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, supportive team environment with flexibility and autonomy Experience designing both digital and face-to-face content for technology-focused development solutions Degree-level qualification (BA, BSc or equivalent) with proven experience applying psychology, behavioural change principles, or learning theory. Key Responsibilities CONTENT DESIGN. Develop and deliver instructional design for a range of learning experiences, including live workshops, asynchronous modules, virtual reality content, marketing webinars, and engagement campaigns. DIGITAL LEARNING DESIGN. Create compelling storyboards, videos, and animations using leading e-learning tools to enhance learner engagement and experience. PORTFOLIO & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT. Design and build reusable, agile content and products that align with emerging technologies and evolving audience needs across global markets. Examples include innovative solutions such as Virtual Reality for development. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients through meetings, content presentations, and upskilling sessions to ensure successful project outcomes.
