MAMF Fitter - Clonard, Co. Meath A83 DW28

We are currently looking for an experienced MAMF Plant Fitter based at our location in Clonard, Co. Meath . The successful candidate will have full responsibility of routine maintenance and servicing of plant equipment and machinery in an efficient and safety driven manner.Responsibilities:Routine maintenance and servicing of ready mix concrete fixed plant equipment and ancillary machineryDevelopment and implementation of plant wide preventative maintenance programme.Diagnosing Breakdowns, return plants to service in a timer manner, minimise downtime.Liaising with external contractors to schedule work on site and ensuring that all such work is fully approved in advance and completed to the required standards.Scheduling periodic testing of safety equipment and maintaining records of same.Component rebuilds and testing, monitor and record spare part usage.Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.Skills Required:Time Served Trade in a mechanical discipline.Fabrication skills highly advantageous.1 Years minimum within relevant industry (quarry, sand & gravel, concrete, and crushed stone).Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Practical knowledge of tooling and specialized equipment to conduct repairs on heavy equipmentPractical knowledge of rigging, slinging and jacking proceduresStrong planning and organizational mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines.What You Get:Kilsaran is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
