With over 200 dedicated professionals, we foster a friendly, inclusive, and professional working environment focused on excellence in patient care.Key Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance duties including painting, masonry, basic carpentry, and minor repairs.Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to deliver day-to-day maintenance and installations across hospital and residential areas.Conduct routine preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records.Maintain high standards of decoration and general building appearance.Prioritise tasks from the maintenance log in consultation with departmental managers.Carry out regular safety inspections, including checks on emergency lighting, fire alarms, and firefighting equipment.Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, coordinating prompt repair to minimise service disruption.Liaise with on-site tradespeople and external contractors as needed.Promote and uphold a safe and well-maintained environment across all facilities.Support continuous improvement initiatives led by the Head of Facilities Management.
