Waterford, X91 NT3F Contract Type:Permanent, full-time Salary/Pay:Competitive Rates What we offer?Excellent rates of payEmployee Assistance ProgrammeReferral ProgrammeCareer Progression opportunitiesFree ongoing training and development Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Manage all maintenance works including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building, carpentry, painting and ground maintenance and installation workMaintain all property and installations in an efficient manner.Manage and operate the Maintenance Request logbook and sign off requests on completion.Ensure that comprehensive maintenance schemes/ checklists are developed, and work programmes are carried out satisfactorily.Maintain an excellent standard of workOperate at trades level with good technical knowledge of the services managed Monitor and check daily exit routes, windows exit for building to ensure secureMaintain the building in high standard of care- windows and all external features including car park, garden and basementDesired SkillsDemonstrate depth and breadth of experience of working in a trade(s) i.e. mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating or carpentryKnowledge of current Fire RegulationsExcellent understanding of construction environment and building technology, mechanical and electrical services, maintenance management issues, practice and procedures.Signacare Waterford is an equal opportunities employer.
