The role is responsible for but not limited to:- First-line technical support and assistance to end users- Ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their IT-related issues - Handling incoming support requests via phone, email, or our ticketing system- Troubleshooting problems to identify and resolve common software and hardware issues- Assisting with inventory of software and hardware assets- Effective communication and excellent customer serviceYou’ll need a relevant 3rd level IT qualification, customer service experience A full Job description is also available.
