Lettings Administrator

Join Our TeamWe’re looking for a confident, organised Lettings Administrator to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established property and hospitality Group, working closely with our Lettings Director to deliver exceptional service. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.What You’ll DoLiaise with customers and clients daily, responding to enquiries in person, by phone, email, or social media—always with professionalism and a customer-first attitudePrepare brochures, reports, letters, and other day-to-day correspondenceSchedule viewingsSupport the Lettings Director to ensure service excellence across the boardMaintain and update our property database and ensure listings on websites and portals are accurate and currentAssist with general office duties, bookings, and admin tasks across departmentsDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Create content including property photography, virtual tours (Matterport), blog posts, and video marketing. Ad hoc tasks as requestedSkills & Qualities We ValueStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident using Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systemsAbility to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic and professional approach to workGenuine interest in the residential property marketPositive energy, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindsetKnowledge of the Property Industry is an advantageProficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager) an advantageProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc) an advantageStrong Social Media SkillsA full, clean driving licence (required).What You’ll GetCompetitive, negotiable salaryFree onsite parkingDiscounted overnight stays at Comer Group HotelsInterested?Join a supportive, ambitious team where your skills and enthusiasm are valued—and where there’s room to grow.
