Lead Operator

WGNSTAR have opened opportunities to apply for a CMS Lead role (FOUP Wash Lead)The criteria for applying for this position is as follows: Must be rated Consistent, Strong, or Leading in their performance in current roleMust have no disciplinary active or pending on your file Must be willing to move to another shift if required CV/Current contribution must demonstrate the skillset required Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Attend/run Start of Shift (SOS) meetings and coordinate tasks and priorities Liaise with customer representatives Actively participate in training and certification of the team members Sign off on certifications of team members Follow procedures, specs and BKMs  Provide regular updates to the Shift Managers on progress throughout the shift Report to the Shift Manager on absence and attendance  Attend/Run passdown between shifts Maintain system records for shift Set priorities for the shift/team  Essential Requirements Responsibility for the safe working environment of yourself and your team Attention to detail is essential regarding all tasks React proactively to changes in customer and company priorities and manage tasks accordingly Excellent personal skills and communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with multiple changing priorities Proficient use of IT and systems Person Specification Leadership skills Concern for customer Problem Solving SkillsDemonstrated communication and organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills Closing date for applications is Friday 24th October 2025For any questions please contact aoife.maguire@wgnstar.com
