Additionally, the Group has been honoured with the Investor in Diversity Silver Accreditation, highlighting our dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion within our workforce.Key Responsibilities:To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation departmentParticipate in departmental trainingTo work as part of the Accommodation teamEnsure cleanliness of public areasClean guest bedrooms and bathroomsVacuum rooms and corridors, lifts, stairwellsChange and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelinesUndertake regular deep cleaning tasksRestock and maintain trolley on daily basisBe environmentally awareDispose of waste accordingly as per company guidelinesFollow lost property proceduresCheck public areas and toilets taking corrective action where necessaryManage guest requests in a timely and efficient mannerComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWorking Hours:Candidates are required to be flexible, working weekdays and/or weekends 16.00 -22.00 pmRequirements:Previous cleaning experience ideally within the Hotel environmentStrong attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards, health and safety regulations.Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and bending.Customer focus.Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.Good organisational skillsStrong work ethicAvailable to work late shifts
