Key Account Manager

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. You'll become a strategic partner and advisor to the customer, understanding their needs and establishing opportunities to enhance their experience with Utility Bidder. What you'll be getting up to Provide a high quality Account Management service for our most valuable customers with the aim of building long term relationships that increase retention and unlock opportunities.As a dedicated resource for key accounts, you'll be committed to helping them solve their problems, realise their business goals, and achieve success.You'll work closely to the customer to understand their specific needs to improve customer retention.You'll understand the customer journey and make recommendations to drive a consistent customer experience.Establish regular touchpoints with customers to help build trust and rapport.Working closely with the sales team to help maximise sales targets.Research our competitors within the marketplace to understand how we can develop our customer proposition.Liaise with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives that support he customer journey.You'll help to provide data, reporting and trends that help the business to understand customer needs.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to customers.Work effectively with all other departments to support in the delivery of company objectives and projects.  Who are weWe’re Utility Bidder.
