Designed with nature at its very core, each environment will feature an inherent luxury, understated elegance, design sensibility and complete exclusivity, guests will be able to choose from our River Suites and Woodland Suites.  We are now looking for a Keeper of Experiences to join the #MPeople team!SCOPE OF THE JOB:Are you a master storyteller, a connoisseur of comfort, and a curator of unforgettable moments?We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to fill the unique role of the Keeper of Experiences for the upcoming Woodland Suite Experience.This is not your typical butler position; you are an architect of extraordinary adventures, a weaver of magic within the everyday. Key Responsibilities:Greeting guests/customersManage guest/customer complaintsTaking messagesManaging mail, luggage and deliveriesPerform basic administrative dutiesRunning errands to assist guestsArranging transportation and excursions upon visitor requestProvide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreationArranging tours and activitiesMaking dinner/event reservations for guestsObtaining tickets for eventsArranging special servicesProviding or arranging for general business services for guestsManaging customer/guest requests for housekeeping and/or maintenanceDevelop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities to serve guests Skill Set Preferred: People person: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine warmth and infectious enthusiasm for sharing the magic of Cork. Foreign Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must. Additional language skills, particularly European languages common amongst hotel guests, are a plus.Event Planning & Coordination: Experience creating and managing unforgettable experiences and customised luxury itineraries for guests.Network & Relationship Building: The ability to build strong relationships with local businesses and attractions to secure exclusive access and experiences for guests.Sommelier Expertise (Preferred): A strong understanding of wine, regions, and pairing is ideal. Formal Sommelier certification is a significant advantage.Storytelling & Public Speaking: The ability to captivate guests with engaging stories about Cork's history, mythology, and hidden gems.Discretion & Professionalism: The ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and navigate guest interactions with grace and finesse. The Ideal Candidate:This is more than a job; it's a chance to become a legend.
