With over 600 employees across multiple locations in Dublin, Cork, Galway and RoscommonA Field Service Engineer is an IT professional who designs, installs, configures, customizes and maintains a company's computer systems. They are responsible for testing, configuring, documenting and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems to meet the needs of the employer. The ideal Junior Field Service Engineer has excellent communication skills and is up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry for their area and they work closely with other Product Teams. There will be travel with this role, and they will be required to support several locations across Ireland. Base location would be in DublinMission:Proposes and implements infrastructure systems on low-level in line with customer requirements and technical architecture.
