IT Service AnalystLeeds – Hybrid – 3 days on SitePermanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits The IT Service Analyst will be part of an internal technology team responsible for maintaining, developing and securing technologies in use by the customer base at Adler and Allan. The position is based in the North of the UK with a base near Leeds. This position is a unique opportunity that won’t be presented elsewhere due to the diverse nature of the business More about the role: Respond to support tickets or end user software or hardware queries via email, phone, or face to face.Work with the Head of Infrastructure and wider support team to ensure any recurring technical issues are addressed and any training or documentation requirements are identified and implemented.Support, administer and deliver IT solutions across the Adler and Allan group working to ITIL standards.Update the ticketing system, ensuring calls have been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team.Liaise closely with business and 3rd party solution providers.Support bespoke applications specific to manufacturing.Assist with Implementing, configuring, and testing feasible solutions.Plan and work flexibly to deadlinesResearch, present and lead the team in chosen initiatives.Have a hand in developing the service desk toolset.Ensure request fulfilment is in place with the Head of Infrastructure About you:Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent IT support?Do you have strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.)?Do you have experience in providing expert technical support and troubleshooting to end users?
