We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals who are passionate and dedicated in what we do! Responsibilities & Duties:· Carry out cycle counts ensuring all bins are completed monthly · Liaise with Warehouse staff and other internal teams in relation to the delivery and storage of stock· Maintain fully updated inventory records· Conduct weekly reconciliations of stock valuation reports with the GL accounting system· Assist in the enhancement and development of the software that drives the inventory function· Conduct regular quality control checks in relation to goods being despatched to customers· Be fully conversant with the company’s purchasing plans to ensure that sufficient warehouse space exists to manage the peaks and troughs of the business· Management of all physical & NAV internal stock transfers from warehouse to warehouse or Bin to Bin· Execute all required stock adjustments through internal systems (i.e. movement of stock into Refurb / Demo codes).· Be fully engaged in the process of stock verification and values for the annual company Audit.· Maintaining item dimension & weight information in NAV.· Reviewing order delivery method information (JMC / McVan / DPD) & suggesting improvements / changes for efficiency gains.· Efficient and effective use of excel for reporting · Input into ad hoc internal projects related to stock & inventory.Keys Skills & Experience:· Minimum 3-5 years as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller or similar role.· Have actively participated in inventory audits· A qualification in data analytics or purchasing/supply chain would be desirable.· Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Office.· Experience using Microsoft Navision desirable.· Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.· Strong attention to detail.· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. (Fluent in English)· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.· Proven problem solver and quick to master new skills. Position: Full-time, Permanent.Location: Office based in Dublin 22.Working Week: Mon. – Fri.
