Internal Sales Coordinator

Principal Objectives: Co-ordinate with the sales teams and internal sales colleagues to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders. All tasks to be executed in accordance with set procedures with focus on contributing to sales targets and customer serviceKey Responsibilities :  Co-ordinate with and support the sales teamProcess sales orders including Karcher orders using the OSCAR/CPQ and KIMOCE systems as per company proceduresLiaise with customers, sales team and other stakeholders to agree objectives and timescales for delivery on each sale/project.Contribute to the development of the internal sales team to ensure knowledge is at the required level to deliver the sales process successfully and efficientlyLiaise with Helpdesk, Sales and Project teams to ensure they have appropriate overview and notice of sales activity.Contribute ideas to the Internal Sales Manager for the continuous development of the internal sales departmentEmbrace new sales opportunities/business lines Produce reports as and when requiredSkills & Abilities Required (Essential) :Excellent verbal and email communication skillsProblem solving Interpersonal SkillsAbility to handle multiple projects Excel and database experienceWillingness to Learn Skills & Abilities Required (Desirable) :Worked in a busy sales department previouslyEducation : High School Education Future Career Opportunities : The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop their Internal Sales skills within the team, and gain valuable Project Management experience.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, our commitment:TSG UK is an equal opportunity employer.
