Our engineer’s focus on ensuring the safety and integrity of industrial processes, equipment, and systems, minimizing risks to personnel, equipment, and the environment. We do so through risk assessments and risk validations to ensure compliance with EU Directives and safety process standards. We design and build high value specialised safety instrumented systems (SIS) involving hardware & software life cycle activities. We verify customer’s safety systems are correctly installed and functioning in order to reduce risk on receptors like staff, the general public, business loss, reputation and the environment.  What will I be doing?Our graduate programme will be all about learning new and developing your existing skills. Over a two-year period, you will be placed in projects where you get to do meaningful work and contribute to the business.Projects will be spread across all areas of Industrial Process & Machine Safety and this could include:·      Performing design, validation and commissioning of SIS involving electrical & reliability aspects. This would involve the use of EPLAN, AutoCAD, Revit, exSILentia. ·      Participate and assist senior Engineers with hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and other risk assessment techniques to identify potential risks in processes.·      Site visits to work with customers to improve functional safety systems and carry out IEC 61511 life cycle activities.·      Perform ATEX design for systems in potentially explosive atmospheres. Generating technical documentation and dealing with customers will also be key parts of our graduate programme to help develop your soft skills.
