Hygiene Operatives

Role: Hygiene Operative                         Reporting to: Hygiene Team LeadersLocation ArbroathShift Pattern: Dayshift ( 04:30- 13:00) and Nightshift (20:30-05:00), Monday to Friday; full-time 40 hours per weekPay: Competitive Job Overview: As a hygiene operative you will be cleaning factory premises, machinery and equipment and making sure highest hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Food safety and hygiene and H&S will be your top priority at all timesMain Responsibilities: · Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks· Cleaning, dismantling and building of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing of samples· Deep cleaning of production areas· Post cleaning checks· Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed· To work to cleaning procedures set down by the company· Ensure hygiene standards and good housekeeping practices are maintained throughout the factory· To use chemicals safely and effectively· To ensure all protective equipment is properly used and worn as required· Ensure that a safe working practice is adhered to at all times Ideal Candidate will have:· Ability to work to high standards, self-motivated, can-do attitude    · Previous experience in hygiene/cleaning is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided· Good eye to detail· Good time management· Flexible, committed to getting the job done in the right way· Health & Safety Awareness If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your CV by 26 April 2024
