HV Commissioner

We have an exciting opportunity for an HV Commissioner to join Suir Engineering Ltd. A key member of the team, he/she will act as a mentor for more junior members of the commissioning team. What you will be doingCompile commissioning packs for upcoming projectsAttends project commissioning kick off and co-ordination meetingsReports equipment defects or calibration issues to commissioning managerCompletes project RFI/TQ’s during commissioning and manage the design log process.Commissioning of primary equipment including instrument transformers, Circuit breakers, Power transformersCommissioning of HV protection systems from a wide range of manufacturers including Siemens, ABB, SEL and Schneider.Configuration of projection relays, RTU, PLC, Power quality meters, and other substation automation systemsCompletion and submission of redline drawings during commissioningAttends FAT tests for equipment when requestedEnsures all required site modifications are completed and validates as-built drawingsCompletion of commissioning and test documentation throughout project lifespanProvides declaration of fitness when commissioning is completeCompletion of pre and post energisation testingAssists junior commissioning engineers with development Is this job for me?
