Position Overview:The City of Orange City is seeking a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join the City of Orange City Community! This role is pivotal in managing employee life cycle events, including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations, and out-processing. In addition, this position will have opportunities to be exposed to a diverse range of Human Resources operations functions within municipal government. Working under the direction of the Human Resources and Risk Management Administrator, this position with operate with a high degree of independence at the forefront of the Human Resources Office, collaborating closely with employees at all levels of the organization, from front line field operations to in office management.Desired Candidate:The City is seeing a candidate with a genuine passion for the discipline of human resources management, public administration, and for continual personal and professional growth.
