About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSQE Compliance Auditor to join our EPS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards. This role involves conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, working with various departments to implement corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of health and safety within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:Conduct Audits: Perform regular and comprehensive audits of health, safety, quality, and environmental practices across the organisation and managing the audit schedule.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all relevant HSQE regulations, standards, and company policies.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Ensuring any non-conformances are closed out in a timely manner.Training: Provide training and support to staff on HSQE standards and best practices, encouraging compliance through collaboration.Continuous Improvement: Work with departments to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Incident Investigation: Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Oversight of standard operating procedures, legal registers, safety statements, emergency plans, site packs, manuals, risk assessments and policies.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the leadership and HSQE teams to ensure alignment on compliance objectives and initiatives.Qualifications:ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 internal audit qualifications desirableThird level qualification in health, safety, quality and environment; and / or 3 years relevant experienceFull Irish Driving Licence Key Competencies and Skills:Previous experience with an ERP or software system and competency with control of documentation.Strong technical writing skills required.Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
