HSQE Compliance Auditor

About the Role:             We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSQE Compliance Auditor to join our EPS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards. This role involves conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, working with various departments to implement corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of health and safety within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:Conduct Audits: Perform regular and comprehensive audits of health, safety, quality, and environmental practices across the organisation and managing the audit schedule.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all relevant HSQE regulations, standards, and company policies.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Ensuring any non-conformances are closed out in a timely manner.Training: Provide training and support to staff on HSQE standards and best practices, encouraging compliance through collaboration.Continuous Improvement: Work with departments to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Incident Investigation: Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
