Glenevin Ltd has been developing and maintaining infrastructure across the UK since our formation in 2013. We specialise in Utilities (Power, Telecoms, etc), Civil Engineering, Traffic Management, and infrastructure. We have grown our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork, and excellent customer service.We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Professional who is commercially aware, driven and has a positive attitude with a solid track record. Glenevin as a business is experiencing rapid expansion and we require a HR manager who is focused and able to deal with the rapid growth of the company. We currently have 100+ employees which is growing every week.We currently work from 5 locations with additional locations to be added in the near future. We require an individual who can design, develop, and implement HR strategy within all aspects of our business.You must be a resident in the UK at the time of this advertisement and hold necessary paperwork to prove this.As HR Manager you will be responsible for:·      Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.·      Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.·      Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.·      Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.·      Implement learning and development policy.·      Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.·      Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.·      Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy.·      Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.·      Support the recruitment process – this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.·      Carry out new starter inductions.·      Manage talent and succession planning.·      Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.·      Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.·      Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.·      Support change management processes.  Skills and knowledge required.·      CIPD Qualifications·      Commercially Focused·      Strong (5 year minimum) HR experience with a willingness to learn and develop·      Demonstrate extensive knowledge and application of employment legislation and current HR best practice.·      Experience of successfully managing a HR team within a business and delivering successful outcomes·      Interest in recruitment and experience of implementing successful recruitment strategies within a business.·      Teamwork and Leadership·      Ability to work with discretion.What’s in it for you·      Competitive Salary·      30 days annual leave (inclusive of recognised public holidays)·      Company pensions As an equal opportunities employer, Glenevin Ltd is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees and does not condone discrimination on the basis of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.
