Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all HR processes are legally compliant and conducted in line with legislation.Manage performance management system and processes.Provide coaching and expertise on a range of complex, people-sensitive related issues.Provide HR advice and support to management and HODs in relation to all aspects of the employment relations.Assist in conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings as required and in line with best practice.Assist in smooth processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll.Management of team absences and liaising with external providers where necessary.Develop and update HR policies and procedures.Ensure resort-wide compliance with company policies, employment law, and other relevant legislation.Ensure a consistently high level of employee engagement within the hotel.Manage and lead the HR team.Key Requirements:CIPD qualification or degree in Human Resources essential.Previous experience in a similar role within Hospitality sector desirable.Strong working knowledge of employment law.Display professionalism and confidentiality; tactful and diplomatic in challenging situations.Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and use own initiative.Flexible, adaptable and ability to travel on a regular basis to present at career fairs and college visits. Flexible in approach to job role and working day.Strong administrative background with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
