Then this role might be for you!As our HR Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning initiatives across site, that support both business goals and individual development. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders and teams to build a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.What you will be doing:Design and execute training and development programs across the organization, that truly makes a difference.Support personal growth and performance by building clear development plans, gathering feedback, and creating meaningful learning moments.Boost engagement across the organization by shaping learning journeys that excite and empower our employees.Make sure our training programs meet top industry standards (like BRC, H&S, and Food Safety).Partner with leaders to build strong, skilled teams and guide them on talent development needs.Use data to track learning outcomes and continuously improve development efforts based on our business' needs.What we are looking for:You have 2-3 years of experience in HR, L&D, or Talent Development - ideally in a production or manufacturing setting.A relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.You belive en the power of structured development to drive real business impact.You thingk strategically and act fast - turning insights into action.You are confident in working with learning platforms, tools, and standards.You love solving problems and diving into data.You are a great communicator and a true team player.You are fluent in Danish and comfortable working in English - both written and spoken.Detail-focused, passionate about quality, and always striving to raise the bar.Most importantly: you have a "can-do" attitude and are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference in a fast-pased environment.What we offer:A people-first culture that puts employee engagement and well-being at the center.A meaningful role where your work helps shape our workforce and their development.A supportive, collaborative environment that values your ideas and help you grow.A company with a clear vision, strong leadership, and high standards for quality and safety.If you are ready to launch your career into Human Resources and employee development in the Pet Food manufacturing business and contribute to a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you!
