Position Title: HR AdvisorLocation: Centric Health, 7th Floor, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16Hybrid working and travelTerms: Permanent – Full TimeDirect Report: Human Resources DirectorPurpose of PositionThe HR Advisor will support all aspects of the Human Resources function while contributing to the overall achievement of business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for a medical sector within Centric Health, acting as the main HR point of contact for that sector. They will also be responsible for the initial stages of all TUPE. The candidate will be responsible for the initial contact and setup of all new employees' onboarding at Centric Health via TUPE.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a HR subject matter expert on all people-related matters.Partner closely with all employees related to the sector assigned to them and to provide HR guidance and support across the sector.Provide advice to management on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, absence management, and employment legislation.Lead and support all TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions when onboarding new practices into Centric Health.Manage all aspects of HR administration, including contracts, employee files, new starter paperwork, and HR system updates, including payroll.Support the recruitment and selection process: participating in interviews, completing reference checks, issuing contracts, and managing onboarding.Coordinate new starter inductions, ensuring a positive and consistent experience across all practices.Oversee offboarding processes and exit interviews, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.Ensure Softworks is fully utilised for all HR-related tasks, reporting, and metrics; troubleshoot queries and identify system improvements.Deliver and support training programmes for managers and employees in line with the Primary Care training and development strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Operations, Payroll, and Clinical teams.Support management with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.Champion and promote Centric Health’s culture and values across all interactions and practices.Stay up to date on current HR and employment law developments through CIPD and professional learning.Other DutiesAs deemed appropriate by the Human Resources Director.Organisational RelationshipsDay-to-day reporting to the Snr HR Business Partners.Direct liaison with staff and management across all business units.Position RequirementsRelevant third-level qualification in HR or a related discipline.CIPD qualification is essential.Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a professional and diverse HR environment.Demonstrated experience with TUPE transfers and integrating new businesses or teams.Experience working directly with stakeholders and senior management.Knowledge of current Irish employment legislation.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a varied regional portfolio.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR systems (Softworks experience an advantage).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.Capable of working independently with limited supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of the HR team.Driving license and access to own car.Performance ReviewPerformance measures will be developed in conjunction with the direct report.Centric Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
