It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a wide range of HR skills within the Hospitality industry.Duties will include:Plan and manage the recruitment life cycle including developing job descriptions. Complete induction and orientation of new team members for the central office team.Supporting senior managers to manage team performance.Create and distribute internal communications. Payroll administration (providing updated information to Payroll Manager) for the central office team.Extraction and analysis of data from the HR system as required.Assist and support managers with all HR related employee inquiries.Assist and support the development of employment policies.Manage grievance and disciplinary investigations, as required.Update and maintain HR systems, ensuring employee details are correct and up to date.Provide training to staff and ensuring to record all training provided for employees.Provide support to the Health & Safety Officer in relation to H&S Admin.Establish and coordinate company initiatives across the group.Assist in the delivery of HR projects as required.Lead by example in fostering a respectful culture and positive working environment.Organize and coordinate company events. Providing general HR administration. Requirements1 years’ experience in human resources.Experience or exposure to recruitment and selection.A confident self-starter with strong communication skillsExcellent organisation, planning and presentation skills are essential. High attention to detail.Strong IT skills, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
