Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in the USA, Ireland and Germany.We now have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Business Partner for our US office, based in Lenexa, Kansas.The Role:The HR Business Partner will be the onsite point of contact for Vitalograph's US employees (currently 30+ employees) in relation to HR matters. Reporting to the Senior Manager - HR Business Partner, the HRBP will be an employee wellbeing champion, ensuring that employees are supported, developed, and empowered in their roles. The HRBP will facilitate the implementation of Global Learning & Development initiatives and foster a positive, safe and secure working environment.Responsibilities:·        Serve as a people and culture partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources management.·        Implement Global HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.·        Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.·        Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.·        Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to drive employee development.·        Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.·        Assist in the development and execution of strategic workforce planning initiatives.·        Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.·        Contribute to the development of affirmative action plans and diversity initiatives.·        Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.·        Support organizational change efforts through effective communication and change management strategies.    The HRBP may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Qualifications:·        Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.·        Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role.·        Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.·        Experience with talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·        Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
