The HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR Team and will be responsible for helping to drive the people agenda and employee engagement. The role holder will partner with the business and provide ongoing coaching & support to Managers in relation to people management issues and opportunities.This is a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner who wants be part of a collaborative team and lead and participate in a broad range of HR projects and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport HR Management on key operational and strategic HR projects and the development of the departmentProactively build strong working relationships with line managers and employees ensuring the delivery of an effective and professional end to end HR experienceImplement and champion annual HR programmes of work in areas of engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, performance management, talent and workforce planning and HR data/ systems improvementManage complex employee relations cases form end-to-end ensuring up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation is applied and adhered to at all timesCoach and train line managers on providing feedback, having difficult conversations, employee development, addressing poor performance and all other aspects of people managementCarry out relevant meetings in accordance with employee relations policiesAnalyse data and key performance indicators linking them to trends within the business to provide HR insights to managementEnsure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated ensuring complianceEssential CriteriaDegree in HR, Business or relevant qualification5 years’ + experience as a HRBPStrong knowledge of Irish Employment legislationProven capability to implement HR ProjectsSound knowledge of HR practicesDesirable CIPD QualificationSkills/ CompetenciesWell-developed relationship management and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates solid judgment and proactive attitudeProblem solving and solutions focused with an ability to identify and resolve employment problems quickly and effectivelyEffective numerical and analytical skills with experience using HR data to identify insightsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and influencing skills.
