Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Assistant to support our HR departmentand leadership team in driving company growth. This role is for someone with five years of HRexperience, who is comfortable handling HR operations and also ready to step into a morestrategic role by helping design and implement growth-focused HR plans. You’ll work closelywith the Head of HR to make sure our HR processes not only run smoothly but also help our teamand company thrive.Key Responsibilities: HR Department Support: Assist the Head of HR in overseeing day-to-day HRactivities, serving as a reliable resource for employee relations, hiring, and teamdevelopment. Contribute ideas and support for aligning our HR practices with companygoals. Talent Acquisition: Lead our recruitment efforts by posting job ads, coordinating withrecruitment partners, and guiding candidates through the interview process. You’ll makesure we attract the right talent and create a welcoming experience for all applicants. Employee Growth and Development: Help design and roll out growth and developmentplans for employees. This involves working with team leaders to identify training needsand career opportunities that will support their team members’ long-term success. HR Data and Compliance: Keep employee records up-to-date and handle any requiredHR documentation. Ensure our practices meet local employment laws and advocate forHR best practices across the company. Payroll and Benefits Support: Work with the payroll team to manage payroll-relatedquestions and ensure accurate processing. Support the administration of benefits topromote employee engagement and well-being. On-boarding and New Hire Support: Take charge of the on-boarding process to ensurenew hires have a great start. You’ll track probation periods and follow up with managersto provide timely feedback to new employees. Performance and Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employeequestions, helping create a positive, supportive work environment. Assist in developingperformance management processes that are fair and effective. Reporting and Insights: Create and present reports for leadership, using HR data to giveinsights on trends like retention and recruitment. Your reports will help guideimprovements in how we manage talent. HR Projects and Process Improvements: Lead or support special HR projects aimed atmaking our operations more efficient. Work with HR leadership to develop newinitiatives that make a positive impact on our people and processes.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or CIPD certification.Requirements: At least five years’ experience in an HR role, with increasing responsibilities. Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with basic dataanalysis. Proven ability to handle sensitive information and provide trustworthy support to the HRteam. Experience with recruiting, employee development, and other HR initiatives. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
