Taking responsibility for data entry on Softworks HR System for the Human Resources Team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive HR administration support across the groupAssist in the Recruitment & Selection process for all employees (participating in interviews, reference checking, issuing of contracts and all new hire paperwork)Ensure all starters and leavers are entered correctly on Softworks HR SystemEnsure all changes are entered timely on Softworks HR SystemCo-ordinate and participate in induction for new employeesFacilitate probation review and annual appraisal processes with management and staffWork with the payroll team to ensure all relevant changes are madeEmployee administration including maintenance of personnel files, company pension scheme etcProvide general HR support to colleagues and managementConducting exit interviews and analysing findingsAd hoc HR administrative and general administrative tasks as and when requiredActively participating in HR initiatesOther DutiesAs deemed appropriate by the Human Resources DirectorOrganisational RelationshipsDay-to-day liaising with the Human Resources TeamDirect liaison with staff in all business units, including managementPosition RequirementsRelevant third-level qualification in HR or related disciplineCIPD qualification is an advantage 1/2 year's experience within a professional HR environmentProven organisational and time management skillsEnthusiastic with a strong work ethicExperience working in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of computer literacy, including a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient in multi-tasking and working to tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skillsCapable of working independently with limited supervisionWorking knowledge of Softworks Time and Attendance Performance ReviewPerformance measures to be developed in conjunction with direct report.Centric Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce
