Through our 3Ts approach of talent, training and technology, we want to deliver better and more responsive support to service users to improve their lives.We continue to have huge ambitions to grow exponentially therefore we are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, knowledgeable and motivated HR Administrator who shares the same passion for ensuring staff are motivated, productive and assisted to complete their roles to their best of their ability. As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for delivering on HR duties including:  Your responsibilities:Responsible for HR processes such as flexible working, family friendly processes, welfare and sickness and absence processInputting and recording data accuratelyImplementing data cleansing processes, whilst working in accordance with GDPR and maintaining confidentially at all timesReviewing and streamlining HR ProcessesCreation of HR reporting as per the needs of the businessResponsible for HR processes such as flexible working, family friendly processes, welfare and sickness and absence processSetting up and note taking in formal and welfare meetingsProcessing payroll related information on regular cut off periodsProducing contracts of employment on requestAssist with the NI Annual Monitoring ReportWorking closely with line managers and employees on employee relation / HR matters  ESSENTIAL CRITERIA CIPD Level 3 qualified1 year previous HR work experience in Northern IrelandKnowledge of NI Employment LegislationExcellent knowledge of all Microsoft PackagesStrong experience working with data and reportsExcellent organisation skillsExcellent communication skills  ABILITIES, SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS Great Team PlayerCommitted to getting it right the first timeAbility to cope under pressureWell organisedCan work to tight deadlinesFlexible and reliableGood administrative skills  This is not an exhaustive list and other duties may be requested at any time. #NIOJ
