The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation. Purpose of PositionThe HR Administrator will support all aspects of the Human Resources function while contributing to the overall achievement of the business goals. Taking responsibly for data entry on Softworks HR System for the Human Resources Team. Specific Job Details: Contract: Permanent Full-Time Position (Hybrid)Working Hours: 37.5 HoursWork Pattern: Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 6.00 pm flexible 37.5 hours)Salary Range: to be discussed depending on experience            Benefits of working with Centric Health:Pension: The company will match a 5% employee contribution every month.Access to our Employee Assistance Programme to speak to an independent trusted advisor regarding any personal issues or challenges. Sick Leave: Upon completion of your probation, the Company will pay a basic salary totalling a maximum of 2 weeks of your contracted hours.GP Visits:  All Centric employees plus immediate family are eligible for discounted GP visits, in our Centric Health Practices.Indemnity: Indemnity is covered under the Company’s policy.Birthday Day OffMaternity LeavePaternity LeaveKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive HR administration support across the group.Assist in the Recruitment & Selection process for all employees (participating in interviews, reference checking, issuing of contracts, and all new hire paperwork).Ensure all starters and leavers are entered correctly on the Softworks HR System.Ensure all changes are entered timely on Softworks HR System.Co-ordinate and participate in induction for new employees.Facilitate probation review and annual appraisal processes with management and staffWork with the payroll team to ensure all relevant changes are madeEmployee administration including maintenance of personnel files, company pension scheme, etc.Provide general HR support to colleagues and management.Conducting exit interviews and analysing findings.Ad hoc HR administrative tasks as and when required.Actively participating in HR initiatives. Other DutiesAs deemed appropriate by the Human Resources Director Organisational Relationships·      Day-to-day liaising with the Human Resources Team·      Direct liaison with staff in all business units including management Position RequirementsRelevant third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.CIPD qualification is an advantage.2/3 years' Irish Work Experience within a professional HR environment. Must hold a full work permit, we are unable to sponsor Stamp 1G holders.Proven organisational and time management skills.Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.High level of computer literacy including comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Softworks, and Excel.Proficient in multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.Capable of working independently with limited supervisionWorking knowledge of Softworks Time and AttendanceCandidates with a full work permit need only apply as we are not in a position to support your visa application.   Centric Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
