 Location: Dublin, Waterford, Cork or Galway with hybrid workingReporting to: Quality & Performance ManagerTerms: Permanent Term Contract – Full Time (Mon to Fri)Salary: 27-30K Depending on experienceJob Purpose: To provide ongoing administrative support to the Quality & Performance Manager and the wider Housing Management team as required in the compilation of key housing data for Local Authority/Regulatory Returns and performance reports.Core duties and responsibilities:Co-ordination of all Local Authority/Regulatory Returns and key Internal/External Housing Performance ReportsSupport the Quality & Performance Manager in the timely preparation and completion of key data and analysis for annual returns/performance reportsCo-ordination of Returns/Performance Reports will include:Responding in a timely manner to all housing data requests and returnsCompilation of annual Local Authority/Regulatory Returns housing dataCompilation of monthly Housing Performance dataCompilation of quarterly/annually external performance dataAssist in the preparation of ad-hoc Housing reports/Housing data as requestedLiaise with other departments to collate data/information to ensure data validity and compliance System/Data management Maintain weekly data quality reports and link with relevant staff to ensure all data inaccuracies are corrected.Updating of data on internal Active H Management System as requiredAdministration of all requests for data changes/corrections on the Active H Management SystemAssist in the Co-ordination of various administrative processes within the Active H Management System Housing Administration  Assist in the production of documents and materials for the wider Housing Management TeamKeeping all other filing and archiving systems/records up to date to ensure accurate information is availableMinute-taking at Housing Leadership Team meetings and other housing meetings when requiredAssist in the production/processing of various satisfaction surveys/reports to help deliver improvements to the overall customer experienceAny other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time General Working proactively across teams to ensure the service is delivered seamlessly to our customers.To work in line with Respond’s values and to work towards delivering on our mission.Be a positive ambassador for Respond in all that you do.Ensure high care and attention to your own health and safety as well as your colleagues, tenants and contractorsEnsure all records relating to tenants are up to date and in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. Person specification:Essential Qualifications:  Leaving Certificate including passes in Maths and English Essential Experience: Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative roleGood working knowledge of IT-based management systemsDemonstrable experience of standard Microsoft packages including a good working knowledge of Excel Desirable Experience:Working in a property or housing management environment Essential Skills and Behaviours: Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral presentation skillsAnalytical; and comfortable with interpreting dataAble to work unsupervised and work with integrityLearning focused and reflective in practiceAbility to work effectively in a team setting Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure  Closing date for applications before the close of business 2nd September 2022
