Accommodation and Housekeeping Team members (Full time positions are for 37 hours per week)Please note: Candidates must hold a valid permit to work in IrelandThis role involves working in many different areas of the hospital Experience is not essential as full training will be provided in line with company requirementsConversational English requiredPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: To work with supervisors to insure that the bedrooms are maintained to the highest possible standards of hygieneTo work with supervisors to insure that all public areas are maintained to the highest standardsTo work with Theatre Management to insure that theatres are appropriately cleaned between proceduresTo work with our Chefs to insure that the wash-up area is kept clean and tidyTo participate in deep cleaning.To practice safe chemical handling and storage techniques.To ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and to report any maintenance issues.To work co operatively with fellow colleagues, practicing team spirit and contributing to the smooth operation of the Hotel Services Department.To attend training courses and meetings as required. To comply with the Galway Clinic regulations regarding to: Fire, Health & Safety, Hand Hygiene, Infection Control, Security & Patient Confidentiality.
