We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our award-winning culinary team at the iconic Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire.A South Dublin institution since 1828, the Royal Marine Hotel is a 4-star landmark set on four acres of landscaped gardens overlooking Dublin Bay. With 228 elegant bedrooms, restored Victorian meeting rooms, and a range of dining and leisure facilities, we offer a unique blend of historic charm and modern luxury.Our culinary team, led by executive head chef Karl Smith, delivers a sophisticated Irish menu with European influences, using the finest local ingredients.
