We are looking for a Hospitality Leader to join our team in a pharmaceutical site in DonegalWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday average of 30 hours per weekMain duties and responsibilities:The Hospitality Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and activities of the Hospitality department. This includes welcoming new crew members and guests, preparing refreshments, and assisting with special events.Ensure that adequate supplies are available for cleaning, baking, and other tasks.Develop and oversee the hospitality duty schedule.Organize and assign daily work duties for hospitality department.Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies.Set up and serve at on-board functions, ranging from weekly departmental meetings to special events.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Adherence to all Health & Safety regulations.Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.Experience in Hotels/ Events/ Banquet is desirable.Efficient, discrete, and capable of multitasking with good interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to act as a Catering Supervisor at the restaurant when no events are taking place.Ability to work independentlyFlexibility requiredIND2We are looking forward to hear from anyone with similar skills.
