With our arrival in the heart of North Dublin, Blarney, Cork, Dun Laoghaire and now Limerick, Hertz Car Sales changes the used car landscape in Ireland, bringing a new experience to the affordable used car market. We believe in rewarding our dedicated team where you will receive:Excellent remuneration package with achievable bonus scheme.Uncapped commission from day 1.50k OTE – Year 1.Branded training.20 days annual leave.Potential of company car after 6-month review.Career progression opportunities. What are the requirements?Full, clean driver’s license is essential.Previous experience in the motor industry is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong professional relationships.Highly self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.Strong business acumen with a customer 1st focus. What is involved in the role?To prepare and use a planned sales presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.To develop and use Customer Follow-up and Prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.Develop and use a planned daily, weekly, and monthly sales call programme, as agreed with the Sales Manager.Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of major competitors.Manage all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.Provide reports as required on all sales activities.Conduct accurate Appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange, using a systematic appraisal record, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features.
