That means reliability for our clients, and predictability for you. Pay & Benefits We offer enhanced hourly pay based on your experience and training:€13.50/hour – Experience + just completed QQI Care Skills & Care of the Elderly€14.00–€14.50/hour – Experience + both QQI modules completed€15.00/hour – Full QQI Level 5 (8 modules) + relevant experiencePlus: Paid mileageConsistent hours and clientsFull initial and ongoing trainingIncredible local support team — you’re never on your own Not Fully Qualified Yet?If you have relevant experience (including caring for a loved one), but haven’t completed QQI yet, we can help.We offer subsidised QQI training in Care of the Elderly and Care Skills, which must be completed before you start. Who We're Looking ForYou’ll fit right in if you’re:Compassionate and respectfulReliable and organisedComfortable working independently — but want a team behind you RequirementsBased in New Ross or surrounding areasFull driver’s licence and your own carMust have completed or be ready to complete QQI Care of the Elderly and Care Skills "Will I be supported?
