Health Screening Nurse with a special interest in Preventative Medicine Purpose of this position: Registered general nurse to support the delivery of Cardiometabolic health programmes, including patient screening, advice, and education in the areas of preventive and lifestyle medicineSpecific Job Details: Contract: Casual ContractWorking Hours: Flexible 4 / 8 / (16 per week - flexible)Work Pattern: Monday – Friday (no weekends (8.30 am – 6.00 pm flexible hours)Salary Range: to be discussed depending on experience 1.    Deliver nurse assessments for a range of cardiometabolic health programmes to private and corporate patients.2.    Provide a comfortable, unprejudiced environment to discuss the patient’s history, concerns, goals, and values3.    Assess the patient’s vital signs and biometrics4.    Phlebotomy with responsibility for the management of same, including transport to the lab. Possibility of off-site phlebotomy services from time to time. 5.    Provide ABPM and ECG as required6.    Provide appropriate lifestyle recommendations and support7.    Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures and best practices in the selected patient administration software (currently Socrates & Full Health).8.    Results management9.    Provide support to colleagues.10.  Evaluate and support the range of clinical services offered by the practice.11.  May be required to provide emergency clinical support onsite to staff and patients.
