As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to help shape a safe and empowering environment across our sites.What You’ll DoBuild strong internal and external relationships, championing our values and commitment to excellenceFoster a proactive safety culture by embedding high standards and inspiring positive behavioursEnsure legislative compliance and lead best-practice health and safety initiatives across all operationsDevelop and monitor performance systems to track and improve H&S outcomesLiaise with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone works to the highest safety standardsIdentify risks and opportunities, supporting teams to implement practical, effective solutionsCommunicate safety goals clearly and consistently, ensuring everyone is informed and accountableCoach and advise project teams, promoting innovation without compromising on safetyCollaborate closely with the OLT and SLT to implement and drive the H&S strategyWhat You’ll BringIOSH or NEBOSH qualification (essential)Full UK driving licence (essential for travel across sites)Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and practiceExperience creating safe, inclusive environments for vulnerable individualsStrategic mind with hands-on practicality and a collaborative spiritWhy Join Bright Futures?Our people are our greatest asset.
