Here’s what your role will involve:Safety Champion: Help make our workplace safe by identifying hazards, conducting audits, and sharing ideas to improve safety.Investigate & Learn: Support investigations into accidents or near misses and learn how to make sure they don’t happen again.Teach & Train: Help deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and training sessions to build a strong safety culture.Track Success: Monitor how we’re doing with safety, keeping records up to date and presenting your findings to the team.Get Hands-On: Assist with risk assessments and learn how to apply safety measures across different parts of the business.Who We’re Looking ForYou don’t need experience—just the right attitude and the drive to learn!
