Dependent family members living at home are also included.Sick Leave: Upon completion of your probation, the Company will pay a basic salary totalling a maximum of 2 weeks of your contracted hours.GP Visits: All Centric employees plus immediate family are eligible for discounted GP visits in our Centric Health Practices.Indemnity: Indemnity is covered under the Company’s policy.Birthday Day OffMaternity Leave / Paternity LeaveFlexible Working hours, no weekendsProfessional development supportPurpose of Position: To provide effective leadership across the group and represent the Nursing colleagues at various committee levels.Key Roles & Responsibilities: To revise, develop, and maintain clinical protocols for the nursing disciplineTo support the delivery, focus and communications around the Clinical Quality Indicators and actively support all four initiatives from a nursing perspective – Baby Immunisation – Chronic Disease Management – Cervical Screening – Practice Meetings and enable supporting data Working across the business in the promotion of the Chronic Disease Management programme and support the tracking, messaging and focus on the identification and engagement of these cohorts within the designated cycles of care locally in the practices.To engage with local regional nurses in the conduct of Practice Audits, reporting and supporting the clinical reporting and identification of clinical coding throughout the group.To ensure that Nurse/PCA and Phlebotomy colleagues are working within scope and opportunities are flagged and evaluated in terms of scope developmentTo ensure that the Nurse Induction Forums and Nurse Forums are relevant and inclusive.To support and guide clinical incidents in relation to Nurse and PCA/Phlebotomy colleagues from the opening phase to closure, where possible. To work with the Chief Medical Offier on nursing clinical incidents and update the QSR team weekly on the same.To engage with Nurses, HR, and Practice Managers on performance issues related to clinical concerns.To identify, communicate, monitor, and the delivery of Nurse led training to enhance overall group clinical objectives and patient outcomes inclusive of training coordination with third parties like UCD, Skillnet, and related bodies. To liaise with colleagues on their continued professional development and appropriate courses.To work with members of CLT regarding Nurse Prescribing and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, the scope of work, and evaluation of function.To liaise with various educators on the facilitation of courses and sponsorship of the same.Desirable Experience: • 5 years of continuous experience in Practice Nursing• Registered General Nurse with NMBI• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills• Have proven clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.Centric Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.#IND1
