Whilst we are data driven and KPI led; our management structure, family ethos and constant determination to be the best we can be, ensures that those who want to grow and develop have every opportunity to.  Key Responsibilities: ·      To develop new and existing partnerships and channels to improve efficiency and drive stakeholder value.·      Work with the Senior Leadership team on new partnerships and acquisitions.·      Support the CEO and Finance Director in due diligence and other early-stage M&A Activity or large business change experience.·      Work with the TAL Management team to improve day to day processes and reporting to maximise value from existing relationships.·      Develop and maintain a portfolio of reporting and management information to measure and improve channel performance.·      Manage at all levels internally and foster strong working relationships with our channels and partners.·      Work with across the business to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to reduce overhead and improve margins.·      Work with operational teams to improve retention and leakage across all channels and acquisitions. Is this you?  ·      A background in the Telecommunications, ISP or IT sector.·      Exceptionally numerate, able to gather and analyse large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis tools.·      M&A experience.·      Understanding of high volume, distance-selling multi-channel B2C businesses and subscription models.·      Strong communication skills, adaptable and capable of working with Team-member and C-Suite individuals alike.·      Strong presentation skills using Office 365 applications. What benefits will you receive? ·      50% off our Broadband & Utility packages, completely free after two years.·      33 days holiday allowance including bank holidays.·      5 additional days leave granted based upon length of service.·      Buy & Sell holiday allowance scheme.·      Death in service benefit.·      Pension scheme.·      Eye care vouchers.·      Complimentary drinks on Friday. ·      Company lunches and breakfasts.·      £1,000 Refer A Friend Scheme.·      £250 Bright Ideas Scheme.·      Fun incentives including sports day, summer parties, extravagant Christmas parties and many more. ·      Paid Charity leave.·      Kudos Employee Recognition Scheme – Including Days Out and exciting work trips.
