Hard Services Lead

We are currently recruiting a Hard Services Lead to join our team in a manufactory environment in Cruiserath, Mulhuddart, Dublin, 15Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PMMain duties and responsibilities:To carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the Plant CMMS / CAFM system.Proactively identify and remedy equipment maintenance issues, to maximize equipment uptimeLiaise with the service desk / supervisor and respond to all queries in a timely mannerTo carry out fault finding and repairs to broken down equipment, contact and coordinate service engineers where external assistance is requiredDetailed tracking, analysis and reporting of planned hard services spend on monthly basis.Have the ability to evaluate any recommended follow up works from PM service visit and how it impacts on operations, quality or EHS.Work with site QA, Validation, EHS, Process and Packing department to determine compliance requirements and coordination of all maintenance works.Maintain appropriate records in line with cGMP requirements.Liaising with production department engineers and other support personnel to identify and solve problemsEnsure any training deemed necessary by your line manager is completed within the agreed time frameManage ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirements:3 Years' Experience working in a similar roleCertificate /Diploma or Senior Trades in Electrical / Mechanical / AutomationMust be highly organized and methodicalProven Manager with a history of achieving and exceeding targetsProven history of change controlExperience in the following areas, - M&E, Calibration, Building fabric, HVAC.English language is a mustIND1We are happy to hear from anyone with specialist skills in any of these areas.Please Fill in your details and upload your CV to apply.
