Group Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced marketeer to join our team at Neville Hotels as Group Marketing Manager. Growing your career as a Group Marketing Manager is an incredible opportunity to develop your skillset. Neville Hotels is a family owned and managed Irish company, currently with four prime locations, the Royal Marine Hotel in the stunning Dún Laoghaire along Dublin Bay, Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort in the beautiful setting in the ‘Garden of Ireland’ Co. Wicklow, Kilkenny River Court Hotel in the heart of vibrant Kilkenny city and the Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in the bustling centre of historic Waterford City. This role can be based at any of the four Neville Hotels with the possibility of hybrid working for the successful candidate. As well as supporting four hotels, there are a number of upcoming projects for which the marketing and PR will be led by the Group Marketing Manager. These include the extension of the accommodation offering at the Kilkenny River Court Hotel, the reopening of Druids Glen Golf Club in early 2023 following a twelve-month restoration project and the opening of a fifth hotel in Curracloe, Co. Wexford, due to open in late 2023. You will support the four hotels and will help to drive the company forward and to grow the business.Developing the ongoing marketing strategy and building internal and supplier relationshipsEnsure brand compliance across the group, continuing to elevate the brand and establishing the vision, key message, identity and strategyBe flexible in your role and liaise closely with the Group Revenue Manager to ensure that there is effective communication between all propertiesManage and create brand website content and imagery and ensure that monthly audits are completedLiaise with web company on Digital marketing plan and attend meetings as requiredExecute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing databasesSupport seasonal group campaignsSocial Media – assist Sales and Marketing Managers on content, social media planning, scheduling, promotions, reporting of monthly analysis of activity and engagementEnsure that all marketing collateral is kept up to date and assist with new items/projectsTo co-ordinate all advertising for the group across press, outdoor, radio, and onlineCo-ordinate activity and plans for agreed consumer shows, attend shows/events where requiredAssist with photography for the groupHybrid working options available Candidates should have Full driving licenceTwo years plus working as a Marketing Manager in either an Agency or in HospitalityStrong understanding of brand, trends and dataExperience in managing multiple and varied projectsKnowledge or have worked with Canva or similar for creating online and offline collateralExperience in analysis, reporting and tracking.A passion for innovation and the ability to think outside of the boxAbility to work at a fast pace, challenge and drive results and track successAbility to develop new ideas, consider potential outcomes and develop action plansConfidence in presenting insights and recommendations to help for future activityBe creative and able to take a concept through to delivery and resultsBe extremely detail-orientedAdaptability and the ability to react to change with minimal fuss BenefitsManagerial benefit packageOpportunities for advancement, career development and trainingFree parking, bike to work scheme & other commuter plansMeals during shifts, free on site tea/coffee, healthy snacksComplimentary golf, on-site gym, discounted spa treatmentsStaff Discounts on accommodation in our sister propertiesEmployee recognition (eXcellence Points)
