Group Content Studio Project Manager, Irish Times GroupLocation: The Irish Times HQ, Tara Street, Dublin (Hybrid Working) Reporting to: Group Head of Content Studio, Irish Times GroupContract: Fixed Term, 2 Years Job Purpose: This person will project manage workflow through content studio, to ensure deadlines are hit and campaigns are delivered within agreed timeframes & budgets. This roles commences from the point of development, right through to delivery & post campaign analysis to ensure KPIs were met.About The Irish Times GroupThe Irish Times Group is Ireland’s leading independent quality news publishing organisation. In recent years, the Irish Times Group expanded its interests to include the Irish Examiner, The Echo, Regional newspapers and Radio stations in addition to the Citywest print facility, the property website MyHome.ie and Irish Times Training. Key Responsibilities of the role: Set project timelines & monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track. Where there are deviations, problem solve & constantly evolve the roadmap, liaising with both internal & external stakeholders.Develop & manage project workflows & budgetsAssist in the development of best in class content & partnership proposals, both proactively & response to brief. Work with the Account Manager in developing strong relationships with client stakeholder in projects, understand their requirements but also manage their expectations in line with our editorial standards & guidelines. Be the liaison between clients, sales and journalists. Work with 3rd parties where required to ensure the successful execution of content partnerships.Work with the Ad Operations & Performance team to develop post campaign reports that demonstrate the success of the campaign in meeting the clients defined KPIs. Assist in identifying and introducing new products that deliver on our strategy of being innovative market leaders with best in class Content Studio offering to the market.Introduce and implement an effective scheduling and task management tool to streamline project workflows and ensure the efficient operation of the new unit.
