Founded in 1969, and now part of the ABP Food Group, C&D Foods has grown to become one of the industry’s leading pet food producers with 9 manufacturing sites across Europe supplying quality products to customers around the world.Graduates starting a career at C&D Foods will be given responsibility from day one.Over the course of our 2-year programme you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, allowing you to make an impact to the business. You will work on key projects and tasks that contribute directly to our quality assurance processes and overall business goals.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.Analyze data and report on quality metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.We are committed to your growth and career development:The graduate programme lasts for two years, with a change of location and or site depending on company requirementsIt includes a mix of on-the-job training and external courses to ensure you gain a well-rounded skill set.
