This role offers a unique opportunity to start your career in HR while making a tangible impact on the personal and professional development of our employees.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Onboarding Workshops for new employees embedding company knowledge and values. To facilitate new employees enhancing needed skills and knowledge.Building employee engagement through implementing and working with People Central, Recruitment- and Onboarding modules in SAP SuccessFactors.Support to various HR projects.Analyzing various HR related data supporting D&I processes and customer related requirements.Support the Design and Delivery of Training Programs: Assist in creating and implementing engaging training modules that cater to diverse learning styles.Support to developing HR continuos improvement processes.Ad hoc tasks.We are committed to your growth and career development:The graduate programme lasts for two years, with a change of location and or site depending on company requirementsIt includes a mix of on-the-job training and external courses to ensure you gain a well-rounded skill set.
