Graduate Programme - Engineering DepartmentWe are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn recent engineering graduate to join our engineering team at a leading multinational company with 10 different sites across EU and UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in engineering, technical skills, and a strong desire to develop professionally in a dynamic and challenging environment.Responsibilities:Assistance in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Collaborate with the team in executing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of equipment and machinery.Fault Diagnosis: Assist in identifying and solving technical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques.Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including incident reports, repairs, and equipment changes.Support in Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.Training and Development: Attend training and development programs to acquire advanced knowledge and skills in industrial maintenance.Compliance with Regulations: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields).Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic concepts of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as skills in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Communication Skills: Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate ideas and problems.Safety Orientation: Knowledge of industrial safety standards and the ability to apply them in the work environment.Proactive Attitude: Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Relocation.
