The position will provide the successful graduate with exposure to various service areas and global projects on a rotation basis. The successful applicant will join the DPS graduate development programme. The graduate will perform a variety of administrative and technical work in a Windows environment related to the coordination, control and maintenance of personal computers, printers, telecommunication devices, and other IT related hardware within the organization to insure compatibility and integration with IT strategies. The graduate will be exposed to projects in the Service Management Office including, Financial, Security, Change Management and reporting. Key Responsibilities:·    User Support·    Incident Management·    Service Delivery·    Communication and Knowledge Sharing·    Working as part of a global team  Requirements:·    Self-starter that can collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.·    Ability to provide timely and effective status updates to customers.·    Ability to develop, test and implement solutions to unique or unusual problems detected during troubleshooting.·    Ability to document and communicate problems, solutions, and the implementation process.·    Knowledge of established troubleshooting guidelines and procedures and ability to use them.·    Ability to set up and document new troubleshooting procedures.·    Knowledge of the operations of other technical groups and ability to effectively provide liaison for users with these groups.·    Schedules and prioritizes work to accommodate IT and customer needs while minimizing impact on current projects.·    Knowledge of the design and installation of network cabling·    Basic understanding of the organization's network and LAN architectures and supporting technologies.·    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and tools·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·    Ability to maintain confidentiality.Education & Experience:·    IT, computer science or other tech-related fields degree level.·    From 0-2 years’ experience.  Other:·    Flexibility required in terms of travelling to office & site locations Ireland.
