Job Title: Placement Coordinator with Centric Health & LocumotionLocation: Locumotion and Centric Health RSA Building 7th Floor, RSA House, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Rd, Dublin, D16 FC92 Position Type: Permanent, Full time Hours:37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (9.00 am – 17.30 pm)                                   Start Date: ASAP Direct Report: Team Lead / General Manager Remuneration Salary: €30,000 - €33,000 (depending on experience) per annum plus bonus and benefits. Paid on a PAYE basis paid monthly.                                   Annual Leave: 20 days per annum (4 weeks, excluding bank holidays). This entitlement will increase by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 5 weeks of annual leave based on your normal working week. Birthday: We give you your birthday off! Pension: Locumotion & Centric Health participates in a group pension scheme that matches pension contributions made by employees up to 5% of an employee’s salary. Bonus: There is a performance-based bonus, disbursed every quarter. Successful hires are not immediately eligible to receive a bonus as part of their remuneration. Awarding of bonus payments is subject to eligibility criteria, and payment conditions.   Scope Of This Position The main facets of this role are to:1.     Match available doctors with outstanding placements - temporary and contract - and scheduling.2.     Through effective account management, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing doctors and customers to maximise doctor placements. Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement & Account Management ·      Match available doctors with outstanding placements - temporary and contract - and scheduling.·      Identify and engage both new and existing doctors, to be placed·      Sales-focused conversations with General Practitioners.·      To understand their availability, needs, and preferences, to place them most effectively·      To build a strong & productive working relationship, built on trust and respect·      Identify and engage new and existing customers, where required·      Sales-focused conversations with new or existing customers.·      To encourage customers to book based on existing doctor availability·      To remind customers of upcoming peak periods, where doctor availability is reduced·      To generate placements·      Create and maintain relationships with these customers and doctors, through regular engagement, to develop an ongoing relationship with Locumotion·      Communicate both verbally and in written correspondence.·      Comfortable working remotely and using the telephone and emerging online tools to engage with people.·      Effective account management·      Regular communication with key stakeholders·      Manage immediate requirements, and balance against longer-term plan·      Forecast doctor availability and potential demand·      Develop & maintain a healthy doctor panel·      Collect & verify documentation·      Work consistently, and at pace, whilst maintaining the necessary attention to detail.·      Be responsive to doctor and customer needs, understanding the need for urgency in the healthcare sector   Analytics·        Be able to translate data into actionable insights·        Other administration duties as deemed appropriate  Desirable Skills & Attributes This role would suit someone who:·          Is flexible, resilient, and is a team player first·          Enjoys engaging with people·          Uses a common-sense approach·          Has a can-do attitude·          Is willing to learn on the job·          Can think outside the box·          Understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service, to help us ·          differentiate ourselves from competitors·          Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, and changing environment·          Works towards targets·          Embraces technology ·          Has experience working in Ireland for at least 2 years·          Has a work permit / visa to work in Ireland. Locumotion & Centric Health is an equal opportunities employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
